Initial Meeting (complementary)
We discuss your wish list, budget and stylistic preferences and explain how we work.
We photograph and measure your site and make recommendations, based on our initial consultation.
Depending on the scope of your project, we develop a plan, or estimate for you. If for design services we develop furniture, space and color plans for your consideration. For window treatment and drapery job, we present a cost estimate for the project, finalizing color and fabric choices at this time.
On design projects, we lay out the proposed design with drawings, fabrics, furniture photos and other surface materials. You see how the parts of the plan work together and get a feeling for the finished project.
After you have approved specific terms, you sign purchase agreements to acquire your selections, and we require a deposit of 75% to get the project going.
Our staff places the orders and monitors them during fabrication to make sure they are produced and installed correctly.
Our staff includes certified Hunter Douglas Installers, trained to professionally install our products. Our Flooring installers each have their own area of expertise, to assure a successful installation. The installation is an important of the project so that our client will enjoy years of trouble free performance.
